2. Payment Terms:
   Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery:
   Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery time varies by destination, usually between 3 to 7 business days. We ship across Iran and select international destinations.

4. Shipping Costs:
   Domestic shipping within Iran is free for orders over 5,000,000 Toman. For international shipping, costs vary based on location.

5. Return & Refund Policy:
   Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during delivery or does not match the listed specifications. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the rug must remain unused and in original condition.
